In person sessions will be in one of the rooms at The Sheffield Wellness Centre, on Abbeydale road opposite the Abbey Hand Car Wash.  There are four different rooms available which are all confidential, calm and comfortable spaces. 

There is a bus stop right outside the Sheffield Wellness Centre. It is called “Marden Road” stop and the buses that stop there are: 75, 76, 86, 96, 97 and 98.

Online

If we have agreed to meet online, I will share a link with you ahead of our first session to join a secure Teams video call which only you and I can access. It is important that you are able to be in a private, confidential space to join the call where you are unlikely to be interrupted. I will share some guidance for online counselling sessions before we start.
